Professional Development for Inclusive Classrooms
Program Overview: This 3-part modular training* equips educators with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support neurodiverse learners. Each module provides evidence-based strategies to create inclusive, strengths-based classrooms where all learners can thrive.
*Each module is a 3-hour session.
Modules can be taken individually but completed in order: Module 1 > 2 > 3.
Taking all three together is recommended.
Price: $4000 per module

Trainers

Sharon Solomon
Founding Director
Sharon is the Founder of The Winstedt School and plays a pivotal role in advancing inclusion and neurodiverse education across the globe. She has taught in both the private and public sectors and served as a sessional lecturer in the field of inclusion. Sharon also partnered with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore to establish its first library and has held board positions with AWARE and Ronald McDonald House Charities Singapore. Her leadership and advocacy continue to shape the educational landscape for neurodiverse learners.

Fabian John
Head of Teaching and Learning
Fabian has been with Winstedt since 2013, starting as a co-teacher and gaining extensive experience across all educational levels before becoming the school’s Head of Teaching and Learning. His depth of experience, combined with strong academic expertise, has equipped him to lead curriculum development with confidence and purpose. Fabian ensures that Winstedt’s curriculum not only meets the highest educational standards but is also responsive to the diverse needs of its learners.
