At Winstedt, we believe no two brains are alike – no better demonstration
of that than through students’ creative showcases!
Middle School students invited parents to their IMYC Exit Point showcase. It was a great opportunity for them to demonstrate the knowledge they have accumulated in their classes this term.
The exploratory nature of the showcase allows students to develop their specific interests and flourish as individuals. Year 8B students used this opportunity to successfully fundraise for Thye Hua Kuan Nursing Home.
The big idea for the term was ‘belief’ and students made the decision to hold a fundraiser selling loombands and a loomband-making workshop for attendees. The students came up with the idea on their own, given their special interests in loombands, and collectively decided to make the donation to help the elderly!
We are so proud of what they have achieved. Wonderful job, Middle Schoolers!
