Profile
Natalie joins our Executive Leadership Team. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Education specialising in Gifted Education from the University of New South Wales. With over 20 years in education at The Scots College in Sydney, she brings extensive experience in teaching and learning, curriculum leadership and teacher development, alongside particular expertise in supporting diverse students, including gifted, Twice Exceptional (2e) and Thrice Exceptional (3e) learners. In her leadership role, she implemented a Multi-Tiered System of Supports, designed personalised learning experiences and built staff capacity through professional learning on differentiation and inclusion.
