As the Chief Child Support Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), Louisa Chng is responsible for developing and delivering the integrated Child Support Model across NFC’s network of 180 preschools, which includes financial support, social programmes as well as learning & development support programmes.
Prior to joining NFC in 2020, Louisa was with leading business consultancy Bain & Company where she consulted for many multinationals and local conglomerates in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and in the United States.
She also spent time with the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) where she worked on two collaborative philanthropy projects (one on children and youth, and another on disability) and has also set-up an educational business in Thailand.
Louisa holds an undergraduate degree in Law from Cambridge University with a LLB from Lincoln’s Inn, London and a Master of Business Administration from Wharton Business School
