She currently leads the Education & Nonprofit practice for a global executive search firm, partnering with international K-12 schools, higher education institutions, government bodies, professional services firms, and nonprofit organizations to fill critical senior leadership positions.
Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Born and raised in Singapore, she is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Married with two children, Sharon enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, practicing Pilates, listening to audiobooks, and exploring what drives people and organizations success and wellness.
