Elin joined the administration team of Dover Court Preparatory School in Singapore in 2014 and upon obtaining her Certified HR Administrator certificate in 2018, took on the role HR Manager. She then had a stint as an HR Specialist with the Nanyang Technological University before joining Winstedt in 2023.
Throughout her career, she had the privilege of working with diverse teams and industries, allowing her to adapt quickly to different organisational cultures and challenges. Her approach to HR is deeply rooted in empathy, fairness, and a commitment to promoting, diversity, equity and inclusion.
She loves animals and travelling and is open to trying extreme activities if an opportunity arises.
