Faculty Spotlight: Ms Oscannie (Osy) Lambo is our Preparatory Teacher who has been with The Winstedt School since 2015.
What she loves most about teaching is witnessing the “lightbulb moments” when a student understands something for the first time. She loves teaching at an age where students are discovering their independence and curiosity, asking thoughtful questions, exploring new ideas with enthusiasm and building confidence every day.
Why She Teaches?
A moment that reminded her of why she teaches this year is witnessing an anxious student gave his biggest smile when he felt successful.

She also enjoys the strong sense of community here at TWS and the opportunity to collaborate with parents to ensure we are aligned in supporting each student’s success.
Ms Osy holds a Master of Education in Special Education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Cebu Technological University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Management Accounting from Saint Pauls School.
