Happy Valentine’s from Winstedt!
As part of their Integrated Therapy sessions with Ms Chrystabel (Lead Practitioner/Senior Speech and Language Therapist) and Ms Nicole (Occupational Therapist), Year 6s organised a special Valentine’s Day tuckshop.
Seamless Approach
Over 2 weeks, they planned themed treats, learned about kitchen safety, tested recipes, and worked side-by-side as a team. They even designed their own posters to share their creations with the wider school community.
This meaningful project shows how our approach blends naturally into school life, giving students real chances to practice planning, teamwork, and creativity while supporting greater independence and responsibility
