Championing Mental Health Awareness
Audrey (Year 11) is taking a proactive approach to supporting her peers’ wellbeing by sharing two important books from her personal collection to share with her classmates: Social Media Survival Guide and Looking After Your Mental Health.
Supportive School Community
She chose to share these books directly with her friends, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations and peer-to-peer support. This thoughtful gesture demonstrates the power of student-led initiatives in fostering a supportive school community.
As we observe World Mental Health Day, Audrey’s initiative serves as a wonderful reminder that small acts of kindness and awareness can make a significant difference.
We encourage all students to look out for one another and to seek support when needed. Well done, Audrey, for championing mental health awareness and showing leadership in creating a caring school community!
