Our experience at Winstedt has been truly transformative for both of our children. Jasmin, who has been attending since 2021 in Year 9, found in Winstedt a place that embraces her for who she is. The curriculum has allowed her to delve into her interests, particularly in animation, drama, and culinary arts. Having been a victim of bullying before, we appreciate Winstedt’s zero-tolerance policy and the extensive support Jasmin has received, including learning assistance, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and counselling. The school’s warm community, comprising teachers, therapists, and receptionists, has made Jasmin feel included and safe. She even formed meaningful connections with her speech therapist and counsellor.
Nadine, attending since 2022 in Year 2, has also flourished at Winstedt. Despite her young age of 6, she has grown significantly, enjoying school and building strong friendships. Both children have received invaluable support and therapies, contributing to their overall growth and development.
Our decision to enroll our children at Winstedt was driven by the welcoming environment we experienced during our visit, coupled with the convenience of in-school therapies, a crucial factor during the uncertainties of the COVID times. We wholeheartedly recommend Winstedt to other families. The school’s inclusive community, diverse curriculum, and commitment to fostering a safe and happy environment make it an ideal place for children from all walks of life. Our deepest thanks to the entire Winstedt community for providing an exceptional learning environment for our precious ones.
